This survey is now closed, and the prize draw has been made.

The winner of the readers' questionnaire prize draw, as detailed on the leaflet inserted in every copy of Wisden 2008 and in the equivalent online survey, is Dr. Ray Kemp of Ashwell, Herts. His prize is a holiday for two to watch an England Test in the Caribbean in 2009 (courtesy of Gullivers Sports Travel).

There were ten runners-up prizes for the readers' questionnaire, five of whom - E.P. Craddock of Birmingham, P. Foley of Shenfield, I. White of Penrith, P. Redmond of Sutton Coldfield and G. Auger of Tiverton - each win a signed limited edition leatherbound copy of the Wisden Anthology 1978-2006. The other five runners-up - R.B. Combes of London SE25, K. Thomas of Stockport, R. Wakelin of Walsall, A. Allies of Peterborough and P. Sherwin of Long Eaton - each win a year's subscription to The Wisden Cricketer.

The winner of the prize draw relating to the questionnaire aimed at people who had not bought Wisden 2008 was K.S. Eyres of Laverstock, Wilts. He wins a copy of each of the last five editions of Wisden Cricketers' Almanack.
