It’s been a manic week on social media after Australia Women became WT20 Champions, England completed their first overseas whitewash since the 1960s, and we learnt that Jofra Archer will be available for England in the World Cup.

Jos Buttler was on superb form for England against Sri Lanka and many have commended chief selector Ed Smith for making the bold call to reinstate him to the Test side after his impressive IPL stint with Rajasthan Royals.

The Rajasthan Royals cheekily took credit for his successful return to the England Test team.

It was Samit Patel’s birthday this week, and we couldn’t help but remind him of this.

Jasprit Bumrah showed that he’s still a mummy’s boy at heart.
