  • Employees of Vibrant Foods, Affiliated agencies, their family, or anyone else professionally connected to Vibrant Foods are not allowed to enter this competition.
  • Entrants must be 18+ and have access to an Instagram Account
  • The competition is open from 03/07/2025 and winner will be announced on 04/08/2025. Any entries reported after the competition has closed on Cofresh Instagram will not be considered.
  • Any purchases made to be a part of the competition are not refundable.

Campaign Period:

  • The Cofresh Wisden giveaway will begin on 03/07/2025 and end on 01/08/2025 at 23:59.
  • Any entries reported after the competition has closed on Cofresh Instagram will not be considered.

  3. The rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternatives.
  4. Cofresh reserves the right to substitute the rewards with an item of equal or greater value if necessary.
  5. Any purchases made to be a part of the competition are not refundable.

Winner Notification:

  1. The winner will receive a message on their Instagram page requesting details like address and contact number. Once the details are provided by the winner, the prizes will be couriered to the address provided by the winner.
  2. The message will only be sent to the winners from the official page of Cofresh @cofreshsnacks

Disqualification:

  1. If the winner does not respond to the message within 7 working days, the winner will be declared disqualified.
  2. Cofresh reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or engages in fraudulent activities.
  3. Cofresh's decision regarding disqualification and selection of winners shall be final and binding.

Limitations and Liability:

  1. Cofresh, its affiliates, and its respective officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be held responsible for any losses, damages, or injuries arising out of or in connection with the Cofresh Wisden giveaway Campaign.

Modifications and Terminations:

  1. Cofresh reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Cofresh Wisden giveaway Campaign at any time without prior notice and without liability.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction:
