What is the format of the Women's T20 WC 2026 Qualifier?

10 teams are part of the qualifying tournament, fighting for four spots at the women’s T20 World Cup, scheduled to be played in England and Wales from June 13 to July 5, 2026.

The 10 teams have been divided in two groups of five for the qualifiers. The top three teams from both groups will advance to the Super Six stage, where each team will play the other five once.

The top four teams after the Super Six stage will book their spots at the T20 World Cup 2026.

Fans in India can catch live action from the tournament on the Fancode app and website (fancode.com). There will be no TV telecast of the same.

                  When and where will the Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier be played?

                  The tournament will be played in Nepal across two venues in the capital city of Kathmandu – the Tribhuvan University International Cricket Ground and the Mulpani International Cricket Ground.

                  The qualifiers start on January 18, with the group games to be played every alternate day until January 26. Four games will be played on each matchday, with two starting at 9am local time and the other two at 1pm local time.

                  The Super Six stage will see three games each being played on January 28 and 30, and February 1. Two of those matches will start at 9am local time and the third at 1pm local time.
