Saim Ayub is the new top-ranked all-rounder as per the latest ICC Men’s T20I ratings.
Saim Ayub tops T20I all-rounders chart
Saim played his part in all three matches as Pakistan swept the home series against Australia 3-0. He had 40 and 2-29 in the first game, 23 and 1-32 in the second, and 56 in the third. That helped his rating on the all-rounders charts rise from 277 to 290. He went past Sikandar Raza (289) to become the new top-ranked all-rounder. He will remain at the top when the 2026 T20 World Cup gets underway.
Mohammad Nawaz, too, rose from fifth to fourth; Shadab Khan from 39th to 26th; and Salman Ali Agha from 61st to joint 54th. However, the most remarkable rise has been of Will Jacks, who jumped 107 places and is now joint 83rd.
Among batters, Jos Buttler displaced Tilak Varma (who missed the New Zealand series) at third place, while the rise of Pathum Nissanka (now fifth) and Suryakumar Yadav (sixth) led to Sahibzada Farhan drop two places to seventh.
Among bowlers, Abrar Ahmed jumped two spots to reach second place, though his rating (748) is some distance away from Varun Chakravarthy’s 776. Nawaz climbed eight places to reach seventh place.
