England have announced a 16-man squad, with Chris Woakes recalled six years on from his list T20I appearance. All-rounders David Willey and Liam Dawson are also included.
The trio of Ben Stokes, Jofra Archer and Reece Topley missed out due to injuries. The first two matches of the series will be played at Sophia Gardens in Cardiff, with the final game to be held at the Ageas Bowl in Southampton.
