Watch: James Anderson was on hand to deliver England’s first wicket on day three of the fourth Test with India at The Oval.

India began the day trailing England’s first-innings total by 59 runs but with their opening partnership intact.

Both Rohit Sharma and KL Rahul continued their good work from the previous evening in the morning session, moving their opening stand to 83 – but then came the wicket.

From the final ball of the 34th over of India’s innings, James Anderson found the outside edge of KL Rahul’s bat, and Jonny Bairstow held on to the ball behind the stumps.

While on-field umpire Alex Wharf did not raise his finger, England opted to review and Ultra Edge showed a spike, leading to an overturned decision.
