We have put the cut-off at 17 years in this quiz. Until March 13, 2026, a total of 35 cricketers have made the cut in men’s ODIs. The list is headed by two legends – an Indian and a Sri Lankan. They are followed by a Zimbabwean, who returned to international cricket in 2025 after a long hiatus.

While this list features some of the giants of the format, it is not restricted to them. Most cricketers on this list played in the 1990s and/or in the 2000s, the decades when ODIs were the most popular format. It is worth a mention that three Kenyans (all of whom played from 1996 to 2014) appear on this list as well.
