In this quiz, you have to name all the players who have carried the bat in men's Test cricket since the year 2000.

One of the more unique batting feats in Test cricket is an opener remaining not out throughout their team's innings – also known as 'carrying the bat'.

Saeed Anwar, born today (September 6) is one of only four Pakistanis to achieve the feat, doing so in February 1999. Two more players did it that year, but in this quiz, you will have to name every player to carry their bat in men's Test cricket since the turn of the century.

Since 2000, this has been achieved on 17 occasions, by 15 different players. One, a South African, has done so on three occasions. There has been one instance in 2024 so far, the first since 2018 (which saw four instances).

Can you get all the names right? You have three minutes, and to help you the team they played for and their score when achieving the feat are given.
