In this quiz, you have to name every player who took a wicket with their first ball on men’s T20I debut.
There are 18 names to get on this list, with a new member to the exclusive club having been added yesterday (March 24) . We have limited those you have to guess to full-member nation countries only. Eight countries are therefore represented in this quiz.
The first player to achieve this feat did so in 2005 against New Zealand. He also went one better and took a wicket with his second ball as well. Only one other player in this quiz has taken wickets with their first two balls in men’s T20I cricket. The other is a New Zealand pace bowler who is still active for his country.
