In this quiz, you have to answer ten questions on the finals of the various global cricket tournaments.
In 1912, England hosted a triangular Test tournament that also featured Australia and South Africa. Since the ICC had only three members at that point, it was – in a way – cricket’s first ever “global” tournament. Unfortunately, the cricket was not very competitive, and rain played spoilsport. Cricket’s next global tournament had to wait for another 61 years, until England hosted the first ever Women’s World Cup.

Since the ICC assumed control, the World Cup became more regulated and organised. Both genders now have ODI, T20I, and – albeit in different formats – Under-19 World Cups.
Quiz! How well do you know the ICC Trophy finals?
Since 1998, the men have been playing a second ODI global tournament, the Champions Trophy. And since 2019, nine teams have been competing in the World Test Championship, a tournament where every team plays six Test series (three home, three away) before the top two clash in a one-off final.
