The 2025-26 Big Bash League, or BBL 15, starts on December 14. Here's the complete list of overseas players participating in the BBL this season.
The Big Bash League had made a landmark overseas acquisition in the form of retired India spinner R Ashwin, who had signed up with Sydney Thunder in September, but an untimely injury ended his association before it even began.
There are other international stars to look forward to in BBL 15, however, particularly in the Pakistan contingent, which includes Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, and Shaheen Afridi among others.
English players make up the bulk of the overseas playing group this season, with as many as 13 of them signed up by the eight teams. There are no players from West Indies, South Africa, Afghanistan, or India, however.
