Trinbago Knight Riders are set to face Guyana Amazon Warriors in the final of the Women’s Caribbean Premier League. Here’s how to watch the summit clash.

The winners of the inaugural edition of WCPL, Trinbago Knight Riders, will face the runners-up of the previous edition, Guyana Amazon Warriors, in the final today (September 17) at the Kensington Oval in Bridgetown, Barbados.

The Knight Riders qualified for the final directly after topping the points table with two wins and a loss in three matches. The Warriors, on the other hand, defeated defending champions Barbados Tridents in the Eliminator on September 16. The match was reduced to eight overs a side due to rain. After losing the toss, the Tridents posted 69 on the back of an unbeaten 30 off 16 deliveries from Maddy Green.

However, the score didn’t prove to be enough as the Warriors chased down the target with four balls and seven wickets in hand. Tazmin Brits was the star for them as she remained not out on 35 off 23 balls with three fours and two sixes.

The final between Deandra Dottin-led Knight Riders and Chloe Tryon’s Warriors will get underway today at 2pm local time (11:30pm IST, 7pm UK time).
