Electing to bat first in Delhi, Zimbabwe lost both their openers early, but captain Sikandar Raza played an inspired knock of 73 off just 43 balls to take them to 153-7 in 20 overs. Kwena Maphaka was South Africa's best bowler of the day, picking up 2-21 in four overs.
In reply, South Africa were rocked early, losing both Quinton de Kock and Aiden Markram to Raza's spin inside the first three overs. Dewald Brevis (42 off 18) then counterattacked, with support from rest of the middle order as South Africa recovered to complete the chase with ease, winning with five wickets and 13 balls remaining.

India vs West Indies
Playing a virtual quarter-final at the Eden Gardens, India won the toss and elected to field first. West Indies opened the batting with Roston Chase, who set up the innings with 40 off 25. Shimron Hetmyer (27 off 12), Rovman Powell (34 off 19), and Jason Holder (37 off 22) then powered West Indies to 195-4 in their 20 overs as no Indian bowler conceded less than 35 in their four overs.
India lost Abhishek Sharma and Ishan Kishan for 10 runs each in the chase, before Suryakumar Yadav (18 off 16) joined Sanju Samson to stabilise the innings. Following a 58-run partnership for the third wicket, Suryakumar departed to bring Tilak Varma to the crease, who played a brisk cameo of 27 off 15 to bring the required rate down. Samson, meanwhile, continued anchoring the innings at pace at the other end, as India finished the game in the final over to qualify for the semi-final. Samson remained unbeaten on 97 (50).

With the Super Eights coming to a close, the semi-final lineups are now decided. India have joined South Africa from Group 1, while England and New Zealand have qualified from Group 2. West Indies, with just one win from three matches, have been eliminated.
