This performance has helped him move up from 21st to 14th on the ICC Test bowling rankings. Both the position and the 689 rating points are a career-high for Kuldeep.
Among other bowlers who took part in the series, Jayden Seales has moved down by four spots to 17th, while Ravindra Jadeja has slipped one spot to be 18th. West Indies vice-captain Jomel Warrican, meanwhile, has gained two spots to reach 30th.
Yashasvi Jaiswal re-enters top five
On the batting front, Yashasvi Jaiswal's first-innings marathon in Delhi has helped him move back into the top five, gaining two spots to be fifth. KL Rahul has also moved up two spots to be joint 33rd along with Sri Lanka's Kusal Mendis.
The West Indies pair of Shai Hope and John Campbell, who scored centuries while following on in Delhi, have both made massive strides. Hope has gone up from 100th to joint 66th, while Campbell has moved from 74th to 68th. Justin Greaves, who scored a half-century as well, has also gained five spots and is now joint 71st along with Mitchell Marsh.
