The Mumbai Indians are taking on the Sunrisers Hyderabad in Mumbai today (April 29), with the home team wearing black armbands for the game. Skipper Hardik Pandya walked out to the toss wearing a black armband, in solidarity with the loss of a support staff member's daughter.
An official Mumbai Indians statement read: "Due to the untimely demise of our support staff’s daughter, Mumbai Indians players will wear black arm bands today, in remembrance and solidarity with the family."
