What were the talking points in DC vs RCB, SRH vs CSK, IPL 2026 Match 26 & 27?
The first game of the day was a thriller, with David Miller smashing three consecutive boundaries to win the match with one ball to spare. Delhi Capitals, needed 13 runs off the last four balls of the over when Miller hit two back-to-back sixes and a four to finish the game.
In the second game, Abhishek Sharma's 22-ball 59, as well as Ehsan Malinga's three wickets, helped CSK to a comfortable win.
Who were the top performers in DC vs RCB, SRH vs CSK?
Aside from Miller's end-of-game heroics, RCB were largely better with bat and ball. Bhuvneshwar Kumar and Krunal Pandya were the only bowlers to concede fewer than 9.50 runs per over in the chase.
For SRH, Abhishek and Heinrich Klaasen were the stand-outs with the bat, both scoring 59, although Abhishek scored at a much faster rate. Both Jamie Overton and Anshul Kamboj took three wickets for CSK, while Malinga's three wickets for Sunrisers were crucial in blasting through the middle order.
