During a rain-marred, stop-start first innings, Mitchell Marsh slammed a whirlwind hundred to take his side to a mammoth 209-3. Rishabh Pant finished the innings strongly. Marsh, with a 56-ball 111, was the game's top performer, while Pant's 10-ball 32 took LSG to a big-enough total to keep it out of RCB's reach. Prince Yadav finished with figures of 3-33 to dismantle the Bengaluru batting line-up and keep LSG alive in the competition. Patidar was RCB's top scorer with a 31-ball 61. David slammed 40 off 17.
