What were the talking points in RR vs MI, IPL 2026 Match 13?
Rain delayed the start of the game by 2 hours and 40 minutes. Hardik Pandya won the toss and opted to bowl first after the match was reduced to 11 overs each, but Yashasvi Jaiswal and Vaibhav Sooryavanshi blew MI away, with the opening duo adding 80 runs in five overs.
Sooryavanshi’s first-ball six to Jasprit Bumrah was possibly the biggest talking point of all. He went on to score 13 runs off five deliveries against the star India bowler.
MI couldn't get ahead of the chase, losing wickets consistently to be reduced to 46-5 by the fifth over. Ravi Bishnoi dismissed both Hardik and Tilak Verma in the same over to all but close the match for his side.

Who were the top performers in RR vs MI?
Yashasvi remained unbeaten, slamming 77 runs off 32 balls, while the 15-year-old southpaw was dismissed for a 14-ball 39. Pandya, notably, went for just 17 runs in his two overs, even as RR put on 150 in 11.
All the Rajasthan bowlers picked up at least one wicket, with Nandre Burger, Sandeep Sharma and Bishnoi taking two each. Naman Dhir and Sherfane Rutherford both scored 25 runs each for MI.
