Batting first, the SRH openers, Travishek, put on 97 in 8.5 overs, before Head departed. Abhishek continued his stellar form, registering his second IPL hundred in 68 balls, with as many as 10 sixes to push SRH over the 240-run mark.
In reply, Delhi lost Pathum Nissanka early, but KL Rahul and Nitish Rana put on an 84-run stand. However, the target proved too steep in the end.

Abhishek Sharma scored a rapid hundred and was undoubtedly the star of the night. Heinrich Klaasen (37* in 13) and Ishan Kishan (25 in 13) also contributed, as they put on a mammoth total.
In reply, Rana made a fine 30-ball 57, but the other batters were unable to put on a fight, as they fell short by 47 runs. Eshan Malinga was the star with the ball for SRH, finishing with 4-32.
