Kolkata Knight Riders will begin their IPL 2026 season on March 29, against Mumbai Indians - here’s the full list of fixtures, schedules and venues for KKR in the upcoming Indian Premier League.
The IPL governing council has, for now, announced fixtures only for the opening phase of IPL 2026, spanning March 28 to April 12. Kolkata Knight Riders are scheduled to play four matches in this window, including three at home, all set to begin at 7.30 pm local time.
They begin their campaign against the Mumbai Indians at the Wankhede Stadium on Sunday (March 29), before settling in at home, where they will play Sunrisers Hyderabad, Punjab Kings and Lucknow Super Giants in the span of a week, from April 2.
The three-time champions last won the IPL in 2024, but have since parted ways with their title-winning skipper, Shreyas Iyer, along with the head coach, Chandrakanth Pandit, and the mentor, Gautam Gambhir, who is now the head coach of the India cricket team.
