Today's IPL 2026 matches: Who are the players to watch out for?
CSK vs GT, Chennai, April 26, 3:30 pm
CSK have won three out of their last four matches and would be keen on continuing their upward trajectory. Sanju Samson has already scored two hundreds and CSK would hope for him to add to that tally. But more importantly, they would want captain Ruturaj Gaikwad to strike form. Gujarat Titans are on six points as well, like CSK, but they are coming off two straight defeats, the last one just two days back despite Sai Sudharsan's century. They'll need their bowling and middle order to come good.
LSG vs KKR, Lucknow, April 26, 7:30 pm
Lucknow and Kolkata are sharing the last two spots on the points table and both teams have had a bit of a gap since their last outings. Nicholas Pooran is yet to make a contribution of note for LSG, while Mayank Yadav's return didn't go to plan in the last game. Both would have eyes on them. For KKR, focus will once again be on Cameron Green's contributions with the bat, while Sunil Narine and Varun Chakravarthy will be expected to continue their momentum from the last game.
