After the Test series ended 1-1, Pakistan take on New Zealand in a three-match ODI series which could act as preparation for both teams ahead of the 2023 World Cup – here’s where to watch the PAK vs NZ series live on TV channels and live streaming platforms.

The three-match one-day series begins with the first game in Karachi on Monday, January 9. The subsequent matches will also be played on the same venue.

New Zealand – currently the top-ranked team in ODIs – will look to identify their core set of players as they go through one Asian tour after another in the lead up to the World Cup. After the Pakistan series, the side will head to India, hosts of the 50-over tournament later this year. In terms of team news, Matt Henry was a late exclusion, ruled out due to an abdominal strain, with Doug Bracewell getting a spot.

For Pakistan, it’s an opportunity to bounce back from a forgettable year in Tests. In one-dayers, though, Pakistan were near spotless, winning eight out of their nine games in 2022, against Australia, West Indies and the Netherlands. However, it’s important to note that they played the least number of ODIs among all teams in 2022, barring Ireland. New Zealand won series against India, Netherlands, Scotland and West Indies – their only series loss last year coming against Australia.
