When is the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy final and between whom?
Jharkhand and Haryana will clash in the final of the 2025/26 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy, at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Gahunje near Pune. The match will be played on December 18, 2025 from 4.30pm local time.
Both teams topped their respective Super League Groups on net run rate. Haryana (net run rate +2.325) were tied with Hyderabad (-0.413) and Mumbai (-0.701) on eight points in group A, as were Jharkhand (+0.221) and Andhra (-0.113) in Group B.
This is the maiden appearance of both teams in the final. In other words, the 2025/26 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy is guaranteed to have a new champion.
