Issy Wong was the pick of the bowlers with two wickets.
Southern Brave started well but kept losing wickets at regular intervals. Laura Wolvaardt was the top run-scorer for them with a 28-ball 36, but none of the other batters could cross 20. Mady Villiers, the last to be introduced into the attack, picked up 3-17, contributing to the fourth victory for the Super Giants.

Mandhana’s 46 and Ghosh’s 34-ball 54 steered the Super Giants to a competitive 139-4, with tiny contributions from Scrivens and skipper Meg Lanning. Wong picked up two wickets, whereas Sophie Molineux and Tilly Corteen-Coleman, who top the bowling charts currently with 11 wickets apiece, scalped a wicket each.
The Brave were made 112-6 despite getting off to a decent start, handing the Super Giants their fourth victory of the season. Villiers picked up 3-17 to be adjudged the Player of the Match.
