India have won the Women’s ODI tri-series, beating Sri Lanka in the final by 97 runs in the final and here are the ratings for the side.

Pratika Rawal: 8/10

194 runs @ 48.50, HS: 78

Rawal, who has replaced Shafali Varma as an opener, continued her strong start in international cricket, scoring two fifties. Both her half-centuries came when Smriti Mandhana was unable to reach the landmark in this series, highlighting how she has taken on the responsibility in case her senior partner fails.

Smriti Mandhana: 9/10

264 runs @ 52.80, HS: 116

Mandhana’s hundred came in the final, where she scored at a strike rate of nearly 115 to take India to a score close to 350. She is in prime form and scored over 35 in all but one innings.

Harleen Deol: 7/10

157 runs @ 39.25, HS: 48*

Deol got starts throughout the series, but would have wanted to carry on. She carried India to the finish line in the first game against Sri Lanka, and played a fine knock of 47 in 56 balls in the final, putting on 120 runs for the second wicket to give India a solid platform.

Harmanpreet Kaur: 7.5/10

140 runs @ 46.66, HS: 41*

Like Deol, Harmanpreet got starts but was unable to capitalise. She scored a 30-ball 41 in the final and gets extra points for her captaincy.

Jemimah Rodrigues: 9/10

245 runs @ 61.25, HS: 123

The series saw Rodrigues live up to her potential as a fearless middle-order batter, after years of trying to find her identity on the side. She struck at 117.78, switching between aggression and caution as the situation demanded.

Richa Ghosh: 7.5/10

110 runs @ 27.50, HS: 58

Ghosh had the highest strike rate in the series, scoring at 133 in four innings. One of the hardest hitters of the ball, her consistency is much-needed for India. However, in the lone game that India lost, to Sri Lanka, she skied one to the fielder in the 44th over despite hitting two sixes in quick succession. It left India with six wickets down and six overs to bat out. A few more runs from her at the death could have been the difference.

Amanjot Kaur: 8/10

6 wickets @ 18.83, BBI: 3-54

Amanjot picked up three wickets each in the two games she played, which included the big wicket of Annerie Dercksen, who was on 81, in a close game against South Africa.

Deepti Sharma: 8/10

146 runs @ 48.66, HS: 93
5 wickets @ 41.80, BBI: 2-22

Deepti was amongst the runs with the bat, with her high score of 93 in the series coming against South Africa, with her team at 138-4 in 24 overs. She batted till the penultimate ball, striking at a rate of 110, as India posted 337 on the board. However, she would have liked to be more effective in her primary role.

Sneh Rana: 9.5/10

15 wickets @ 14, BBI: 5-43

The leading wicket-taker in the tri-series, Rana made an instant impact in her comeback series. The highlight was her spell against South Africa that helped India to a narrow win as they lost 8-80, with Rana picking her maiden five-for. She picked up at least three wickets in four of the five innings, and ended with 4-38 in the final.

Shree Charani: 5/10

6 wickets @ 43.16, BBI: 2-26

The slow left-armer made her debut in the tri-series and picked up at least a wicket in the five games she played.

Kranti Goud: 2/10

0 wicket

Goud played just one game, bowling five overs and conceding 22 runs.

Arundhati Reddy: 4/10

3 wickets @ 46.66, BBI: 1-26

Reddy did not leave much of an impact in the first three games and was replaced in the XI for the last two.

Kashvee Gautam: 3/10

0 wicket

Gautam made her debut in the series after an impressive WPL, but was injured after three games. Though she did not pick up a wicket, she was economical, conceding 4.81 runs in the 20.2 overs she bowled.

Shuchi Upadhyay: 2/10

0 wicket

She played the second game against South Africa, finishing with 0-59 in nine overs.
