The 11th edition of the Women's Big Bash League is set to get underway from November 9. Here is the full list of squads for the WBBL 2025.
What's the structure of WBBL?
The 11th season of the Women’s Big Bash League begins on November 9 and the league stage runs until December 7, featuring 40 matches. The playoff matches will then take place.
The team that finishes first on the ladder earns a direct place in the final. The third and fourth-placed teams will play in the Knockout match on December 9. The winners of that Knockout will then face the second-placed team in the Challenger match on December 11 for a spot in the final. The final will be held on December 13.

The matches will be held across eight venues: in Brisbane, Perth, Melbourne, two in Sydney, two in Adelaide, and Hobart. The teams competing for the title are the Adelaide Strikers, Brisbane Heat, Hobart Hurricanes, Melbourne Renegades, Melbourne Stars, Perth Scorchers, Sydney Sixers, and Sydney Thunder.

The Renegades enter as the defending champions after beating the Heat by seven runs (DLS method) in the final last year. They finished the group stage with seven wins from 10 matches, topping the table.
