Mayank Rawat is an all-rounder from Delhi who brings excellent balance and flexibility to the cricket field. Known for his lively energy, he is an aggressive batter capable of scoring quickly and instantly changing the momentum of a match. With the ball in hand, he is a highly reliable option who can bowl crucial overs and pick up important breakthroughs with his off breaks.

His journey to professional success has been a true test of patience and sheer determination. Training under his childhood coach, Rajesh Nagar, since 2011, Mayank showed incredible promise early on at the Under-14 level for Delhi. However, despite record-breaking runs, he faced the heartbreak of not making the team the following year, which led to a tough four-to-five-year stretch of low scores and limited opportunities.

Instead of walking away from the sport, Mayank trusted the daily grind and kept working hard in the shadows. His persistence finally paid off when he got the chance to showcase his evolved skills in the Delhi Premier League. This steady dedication led to him being picked up by the Mumbai Indians for the 2026 season.
