A total of 14 bowlers have picked up five or more wickets in a men's T20 World Cup game, with no player managing to achieve the feat on more than one occasion. The list is led by a former Sri Lanka spinner, who returned mind-boggling figures of 6-8 against Zimbabwe during the 2012 edition of the tournament.

Two more Sri Lankan bowlers are part of the list, one a spin-bowling great and the other a pace-bowling legend. While the former has second-best figures in a men's T20 World Cup match, the latter is at the penultimate position in the list, having returned 5-31 against England in 2012. There are two associate bowlers in the list as well, while no player from India makes the cut.
