While India have won eight titles compared to Pakistan's two, the latter hold an upper hand when it comes to tournament finals against each other across formats, winning eight out of 12 times.
This competition is taking place just months after the two neighbours engaged in an armed conflict earlier this year. As a result, the teams have not shaken hands with each other, either at the toss or after the match.
