Australia and India begin their latest ODI series on Sunday (October 19). Here's who's set to commentate on the series.
The three ODIs will be played on October 19, 23 and 25 in Perth, Adelaide and Sydney, respectively.
After being omitted initially from Australia's squad, Marnus Labuschagne has been called in as an injury replacement for Cameron Green. Mitchell Starc makes a return to the ODI side, having last played the format in November 2023, while Matthew Renshaw, who is yet to play an ODI, was also added.
For India, Shubman Gill has replaced Rohit Sharma as the ODI captain. Already retired from T20Is and Tests, both Rohit and Virat Kohli are set to play an international match for the first time since India’s Champions Trophy win in March.
Who are the commentators for the 2025 ODI series between Australia and India?
A star-studded commentary lineup has been announced, with the live coverage available in five languages: English, Hindi, Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada.
The English feed features a mix of veterans from both Australia and India, including the likes of Ravi Shastri and Mark Waugh, among others. Former India opener Abhinav Mukund is part of a dual feed, providing commentary in both English and Tamil.
The commentary panel also features a father-son duo: former India cricketer K. Srikkanth and his son Anirudha Srikkanth, who represented the Chennai Super Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad in the IPL.
