India and New Zealand are set to face off in a five-T20I series as part of their final preparations for the T20 World Cup. Here’s everything you need to know about the bilateral series.
New Zealand, fresh off an ODI series win against the hosts, will be boosted by the return of their regular white-ball stars, while India will also shift into T20 mode with a home World Cup coming up. Both sides would want to zero in on a combination while also testing their respective squads’ depth.
The five T20Is have been scheduled between January 21 and 31, with all games to start at 7pm local time (1.30pm GMT). India and New Zealand will then have a week to recuperate before beginning their World Cup campaigns on February 7 and 8, respectively.
