The IPL 2025 final between RCB and PBKS could be affected by rain: here are the latest weather updates from Ahmedabad, including the rain prediction during the match.
The IPL final was moved from Kolkata to Ahmedabad, after the tournament resumed following a brief pause due to the India-Pakistan conflict. According to a BCCI statement, "the new venues for the Playoffs were decided by the IPL Governing Council keeping in mind the weather conditions and other parameters".
However, there's been rain in Ahmedabad leading up to the final. The Qualifier 2, played between PBKS and MI, was delayed due to rain, with wet outfield pushing back the start time and forcing it to end well past midnight.
There's more rain in store over the rest of the week too, including the final, scheduled to play on June 3.
