Rahul became the second Indian man to score 150 or more in a T20 innings, after Tilak Varma, who scored 151 for Hyderabad against Meghalaya in the Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy in 2024.

Rahul's 152* is the highest score by an Indian batter in the IPL (in men's T20 cricket as well), overtaking Abhishek Sharma's 141. It is also the third-highest overall, behind Chris Gayle's 175* and Brendon McCullum's 158*.

It is the highest individual score in all men's T20 cricket at the Arun Jaitley Stadium, going past Chris Gayle and Rishabh Pant (128* each in 2012 and 2018 respectively).

Rahul and Rana's partnership of 220 runs is the second-highest in IPL history, behind AB de Villiers and Virat Kohli's 229 for RCB against Gujarat Lions in 2016. It is the highest-ever for the Delhi franchise.

Today's knock was Rahul's sixth century in the IPL, putting him level with Chris Gayle in third place. Virat Kohli (8) and Jos Buttler (7) have more. It was also his eighth T20 century, the joint second-most for an Indian man, alongside Sanju Samson and behind Virat Kohli and Abhishek Sharma (9 each).

Rahul hit 25 boundaries during his innings (16 fours, nine sixes), second in the IPL only to Chris Gayle's 30 (13 fours, 17 sixes) during his 175* for RCB against Pune Warriors India in 2013.

Rahul's 118 runs in boundaries also finished second to Gayle (154). Brendon McCullum's 158* in the IPL's inaugural match also had 118 runs in boundaries (10 fours, 13 sixes).
