Nicholas Pooran finally hit form, scoring 63 off 21 balls in a swashbuckling knock that had one four and eight sixes. Three other LSG batters made 30-plus: Mitchell Marsh (44 off 25), Aiden Markram (31 of 25), and Himmat Singh (40 off 31).
For MI, openers Ryan Rickelton and Rohit Sharma effectively killed the chase. Rickelton made 83 off just 32 balls, hitting six fours and eight sixes, while Rohit Sharma scored 84 off 44, smashing six fours and seven sixes to help MI win by six wickets with eight balls remaining.
