Defending champions Jaffna Kings will face Galle Gallants in the final of the 2026 Lanka Premier League (LPL). Here’s where you can watch the game live.
Despite a match-fixing scandal surrounding the franchise and an ownership change during the tournament, Jaffna topped the LPL 2026 table with five wins in eight games, and overpowered Galle in a high-scoring Qualifier 1.
Galle, who finished second in the LPL table, had to take the longer route after losing Qualifier 1. They beat Colombo Kaps by six wickets in Qualifier 2 to book a rematch with Jaffna Kings.
The LPL final will be played at the R Premadasa Stadium in Colombo on Saturday, August 8, and is scheduled to start at 7.30pm local time (3pm UK time, 7.30pm IST).
