Quinton de Kock - 2
3 matches, 30 runs at 10.00, SR 142.85, HS: 23
Since returning to the South Africa side after an absence of over a year, de Kock has averaged only 7.75 at a strike rate of 124.00. His poor form was highlighted by scores of 23, 7, and 0 in the series.

Tony de Zorzi - 5
2 matches, 40 runs at 18.00, SR 153.84, HS: 33
Despite an underwhelming T20 record, de Zorzi earned his T20I debut. He started well with a match-winning 16-ball 33 in the series opener, followed by a scratchy seven, before being left out of the third match.
Reeza Hendricks - 6
3 matches, 94 runs at 31.33, SR 120.51, HS: 60, 1 fifty
Hendricks was one of the three half-centurions in the series and the only South African to score one. His 40-ball 60 helped South Africa take an early lead. That innings was followed by a duck and a stuttering 34.
Dewald Brevis - 3
3 matches, 55 runs at 18.33, SR 127.90, HS: 25
Got starts in the final two matches but failed to convert them into big knocks. Following his record-breaking 125 not out and 53 against Australia in August, Brevis has now gone five innings without a fifty.
Donovan Ferreira - 4
3 matches, 54 runs at 18.00, SR 131.70, HS: 29 | 1 wicket at 52.00, ec 7.25, BBI: 1-30
With David Miller missing out due to a hamstring injury, Ferreira was handed captaincy just nine matches into his career. Following two failures, his 29 off 14 from No.6 in the final game gave South Africa some momentum to post 139-9 in what was a largely teetering innings. Bowling off-breaks, he took 1-30 in the decider.
Matthew Breetzke - 1
3 matches, 7 runs at 2.33, SR 53.84, HS: 5
Breetzke’s record-breaking ODI start is yet to reflect on his T20I numbers. South Africa would be disappointed that scores of 1, 5, and 1 were all that he could manage.

Lhuan-dre Pretorius - 1
1 match, no run
Fell for a duck in the third match, his only appearance in the series. Fast-tracked into the T20I side following his record-breaking Test debut in June, the 19-year-old southpaw now averages 13.08 from 12 T20Is. His strike-rate of 121.70 doesn’t do justice to his abilities either.
Corbin Bosch - 9
3 matches, 48 runs at 30* at 24.00, SR 120.00, HS: 30* | 7 wickets at 7.85, ec 5.50, BBI: 4-14
Bosch contributed in every match – either with bat or ball. He started with 4-14 in the opener, followed by 30 not out off 23 from No.8 in the second. The innings gave South Africa something to fight for, taking them from 95-7 to 139-9. In the third match, he took 2-24, finishing as the highest wicket-taker of the series.
George Linde - 7
3 matches, 45 runs at 15.00, SR 125.00, HS: 36 | 3 wickets at 20.66, ec 6.88, BBI: 3-31
After a Player of the Match performance (36 off 22 and 3-31), his runs dried up and he failed to take a wicket in the remaining games. However, he was economical.
Lizaad Williams - 7
2 matches, 4 wickets at 11.75, ec 7.62, BBI: 3-26
Playing in the first and final match, he performed decently, taking two wickets in each game.
Lungi Ngidi - 1
2 matches, 1 wicket at 49.00, ec 8.16, BBI: 1-35
Ngidi was replaced in the decider after failing to make a mark in the first two matches.
Nandre Burger - 1
2 matches, No wickets, ec 8.16
Went wicketless in both games before being replaced for the third match.
Andile Simelane - 3
1 match, 1 wicket at 23.00, ec 7.66, BBI: 1-23
Came in as one of the three replacements for the third game with only a wicket to show to his name.
Ottniel Baartman - 1
2 matches, No wickets, ec 17.00
In his first couple of matches in nearly a year, Baartman failed to take a wicket and was expensive in both outings.
