Today's PSL 2026 match: Who are the players to watch out for?

The top two teams of the ongoing PSL season go head-to-head in Karachi, with Zalmi the only side yet to lose a match so far. Multan’s only defeat came against Lahore Qalandars, but they bounced back with wins over Quetta Gladiators and Rawalpindiz. However, their last game was a week ago, which could affect their momentum.
Zalmi, meanwhile, have notched three wins on the trot after their game against Islamabad United was washed out. Babar Azam’s lowest score this season has been 39, but his 212 runs have come at a strike rate of 136, which he would want to improve on. Kusal Mendis, the league’s top-scorer so far, and Sufiyan Muqeem, the top wicket-taker, are both worth keeping an eye on.
Multan’s Sahibzada Farhan is the second-highest run-getter of the tournament so far, with 232 runs in five games at a strike-rate of 181. Arafat Minhas has picked up five wickets in five games but has been economical, conceding runs at 6.72 per over.
