Who will play in today's game?
For starters, Fakhar Zaman will not; the opener was banned for two games after being found guilty of ball-tampering in Lahore's previous game. The big question is who replaces him. LQ have some flexibility here as they played only three overseas players last time around, so there is the option of bringing in Rubin Hermann, or playing Ryan Burl in the middle order and moving Parvez Hossain Emon to the top. Mohammad Farooq is the standout domestic option to come in. Outside of this forced change, don't expect them to deviate too much from their preferred lineup.
Multan are coming off a stellar win, having chased down 226 against Hyderabad Kingsmen two days ago. Most heartening has been the form of their domestic players. Sahibzada Farhan got a hundred in that chase and Arafat Minhas played a crucial cameo towards the end. The Australia overseas contingent of Steve Smith, Josh Philippe, Peter Siddle and Ashton Turner have all hit the ground running as well. Expect no changes as they look to add to their two wins in a row.
