After being put in to bat, the Sunrisers Leeds scored a modest 116 in the first innings, on the back of a fighting 34-ball 48 from Bryony Smith. Deepti Sharma also starred with a 15-ball 23. Issy Wong was the star of the show for Southern Brave with three wickets for just 15 runs.

Just as the Brave were in a spot of bother at 36-3, Jemimah Rodrigues played a handy knock, scoring a 34-ball 42* in the chase. Rodrigues steadied the ship and got the side home for their second consecutive victory.

Grace Potts ran through the MI London batting line-up with three wickets in her 20 deliveries, giving away 24 runs. Sophia Smale, Devine and Wareham scalped two wickets each to rattle the MI London side. As a result, MI London were bundled out for 117, with the Welsh Fire registering a 60-run victory - their first win this season.
