The sixth edition of the Hundred will get underway on July 21. The men’s and women’s competitions will run simultaneously, with the final scheduled on August 16. Here are the squads of each team.
Following the England and Wales Cricket Board's (ECB) sale of equity stakes to private investors — including IPL franchise owners — three of the competition's eight teams have been rebranded. The 2025 champion Oval Invincibles are now MI London, while the Northern Superchargers and Manchester Originals have been renamed Sunrisers Leeds and Manchester Super Giants, respectively.
The opening game of the women’s competition will be played between MI London and defending champions Sunrisers Leeds at the Kennington Oval in London, starting 2:45pm local time (7:15pm IST). The same match in the men’s tournament will get underway later at 6:30pm local time (11pm IST). For the unversed, MI London, formerly Oval Invincibles, won the 2025 men’s Hundred.
