Who will play in today's game?
After a defeat and a washout, Islamabad registered their first points on the table with a comprehensive beating of Quetta Gladiators. Captain Shadab Khan showed all-round brilliance, while Sameer Minhas blasted his way to a 48-ball 82.
Islamabad would want more from Devon Conway and Andries Gous, who have failed to get going so far. Chris Green played as an extra spinner over Richard Gleeson in their last game. If the conditions are conducive to spin, expect them to come out with a similar combination.
Rawalpindiz have now lost back-to-back matches in the last over to start their PSL journey. They haven’t done much wrong with the bat, though, and their overseas middle-order duo of Daryl Mitchell and Sam Billings have also displayed good form.
