Birmingham Phoenix skipper Ellyse Perry was the only batter who scored more than five runs. She tried to hold the innings from one end with a 39-run knock, even as wickets kept falling from the other end.
They were skittled for just 64 runs in 95 balls of their innings, the second-lowest total in the women's Hundred. At one stage, they were 15-6 after 36 balls, before Perry brought in an ounce of respectability.
It was a straightforward run-chase for the Trent Rockets, who got over the line in just 31 balls. Sophia Dunkley slammed an unbeaten 43 off 17 balls while Sophie Luff also remained not out on 19 runs.
