The first match of the series will be played on August 29, followed by the second and final on August 31. Both games will take place at the Harare Sports Club, starting at 9:30 am local time. The two ODIs will be followed by three T20Is on September 3, 6 and 7.
ZIM vs SL: What's the head-to-head ODI record between the sides?
Sri Lanka have dominated Zimbabwe in ODIs, winning 49 out of 64 matches, while three ended in no result.
The last time both played an ODI series was in January last year, when Sri Lanka won 2-0 after the opener was washed out. Despite Zimbabwe’s overall poor record, the hosts can take inspiration from their 3-2 win over their opponents in 2017.
