brisbane heat
Biography
With their rare teal-coloured jersey, Brisbane Heat hail from the eastern coastal city of Brisbane, the capital of Queensland. One of the eight teams that are part of the KFC T20 Big Bash in Australia, Heat started off in rusty fashion at the beginning of the first season in 2011-12. They however, came back hard but failed to make it past the league stages, bowing out. Then coached by current Australian coach, Darren Lehmann, the team saw a turn-around in the Big Bash's second season when they entered the final and beat Perth Scorchers, thus qualifying for the Champions League in 2013 during which they will be coached by Stuart Law.
