What's the format of Afghanistan National T20 Cup 2025?
The 2025 edition of the tournament will start from June 28 and conclude on July 7. A total of 13 matches will be played over 10 days at the Kunduz Cricket Ground in Kunduz. The tournament features four teams vying for the title in a double round-robin format. They are Maiwand Champions (led by Najibullah Zadran), Pamir Legends (Nangeyalia Kharote), Hindukush Strikers (Mohammad Ishaq) and Mahipar Stars (Hazratullah Zazai). The top two sides will qualify for the final on July 7.
In the last season, the tournament was played under the name of Qosh Tepa National T20 Cup. Band-e-Amir Region, led by Hashmatullah Shahidi, won the title after defeating Mis Ainak Region by 23 runs.
