
World No.1 ODI batter Smriti Mandhana has entered the top three of the women's T20I rankings following her match-winning century in the series opener against England.
Mandhana, the current No.1 batter in women’s ODIs, has climbed the T20I rankings after her match-winning 112 in the series opener against England on June 28 in Nottingham. Her knock powered India to a 97-run victory and earned her a career-best 771 rating points, lifting her to third place, surpassing Australia’s Tahlia McGrath (4th). Mandhana now trails second-placed Hayley Matthews (774 points) and top-ranked Beth Mooney (794 points) by narrow margins.

Mandhana’s opening partner Shafali Varma also climbed one spot to 13th after her 20-run knock in the same match, while Harleen Deol jumped to joint-86th following her 23-ball 43.
England pacer Lauren Bell, who picked up 3-27 even as India scored 210-5, jumped two spots to attain a career-best fourth spot. Pakistan spinner Sadia Iqbal leads the bowling rankings with 746 rating points, but Australia’s Annabel Sutherland (736 points) is closing in after rising to second place.
Among women’s T20I all-rounders, South Africa’s Nadine de Klerk rose one spot to break into the top ten with 234 rating points. The rankings are still led by West Indies captain Hayley Matthews, who tops the table with 505 rating points.
