Biography

Born in Rajasthan, Kanishk Chouhan is a dynamic all-rounder known for his explosive right-handed batting and right-arm off-break bowling. He rose through the ranks of age-group cricket in Haryana to earn recognition.

He first made a mark on the international youth scene during India Under-19's 2025 tour of England, where he picked up 8 wickets and scored 114 runs across five youth ODIs, showcasing his value in both departments. One of his standout early performances came in the 2025 Under-19 Asia Cup, where he earned Player of the Match honors in a high-stakes clash against Pakistan by scoring a vital 46 and taking three wickets, a performance he would later replicate in the 2026 U19 World Cup to knock out the same rivals.

At the IPL level, he received a major boost ahead of the World Cup, with Royal Challengers Bengaluru securing his services for INR 30 lakhs at the auction.
