The 2025/26 Big Bash League draft was held on Thursday (June 19). Here are the full squad lists for the 14th edition of the tournament, including injury updates and team news.

Twenty-four international players were selected by the eight BBL teams during the Season 15 draft held Thursday in Melbourne. Among them were 12 Englishmen, seven Pakistanis, four New Zealanders, and one Bangladeshi star. Shaheen Afridi, Haris Rauf, and Mohammad Rizwan headlined the Platinum Category picks, while Shadab Khan, Hasan Ali, and Rishad Hossain were selected in the Gold and Silver rounds.

Rishad Hossain was the only Bangladesh star picked in the Draft.

Ahead of the draft, teams announced their pre-signings. The most notable of the lot was Babar Azam, who was picked by the Sydney Sixers and is set to play alongside Steve Smith. Babar, currently out of Pakistan’s T20I side, will look to make the opportunity count.
