Today's IPL 2026 matches: Who are the players to watch out for?

PBKS vs SRH, New Chandigarh, April 11, 3:30pm

A washout against KKR means it is now eight days since Punjab's batting lineup took the field; enough time to forget that opener Priyansh Arya lashed 39 off 11 balls on that occasion. Vijaykumar Vyshak has emerged as a key cog in their bowling attack, stepping up even as Arshdeep Singh has not been at his best.

For SRH, the much-hyped 'Travishek' opening duo has yet to really fire. However, Nitish Kumar Reddy's form with the bat has been encouraging, with quickfire knocks of 39 and 56 in his last two games. Left-arm spinner Harsh Dubey impressed against LSG while bowling in the Powerplay, and could once again take up that role.

CSK vs DC, Chennai, April 11, 7:30pm

CSK's winless start to the season has been disheartening, but there have been a couple of positives. Sarfaraz Khan has looked in supreme touch so far, making himself indispensable in the middle-order. Youngster Prashant Veer also impressed with the bat last time around. With Dewald Brevis expected to return today, Kartik Sharma could find himself out of the side.

DC lost a thriller to GT last time out, in a game they probably should have won. Nevertheless, they look a well-gelled unit, driven by the bowling of Lungi Ngidi and Mukesh Kumar. Sameer Rizvi started the season with two fifties and got a golden duck last time; he could be due a big score against his former side. KL Rahul made 92 against GT, and will be looking to pick up where he left off.
